Fibers and materials. A great variety of materials is used in the making of Oriental rugs. Wool is the all-important Textile of the industry; cotton, the base and binder; hair and silk, the occasional materials. Hemp, jute, and linen are also used in their manufacture; but to be a real judge yachts of rugs, one must be a judge yachts of wools. Wool is a modified form of hair, distinguishable from it by its softness, curl, and elasticity, and by the microscopic overlapping scales of its surface. It is sometimes impossible to determine whether an aimal fiber is wool or hair, because the one by degrees merges into the other. Fine wool has as many as 2,800 scales to the inch. Poor wool has not more than 500. This makes a difference in Oriental Rugs in the absorption and retention of dye.
On The Other Hand See Lady J Yacht:The status of the yacht ensign (13 stars in a circle around an anchor on a blue field) is not spelled out clearly, but since the law specifically covers only the flag of the United States, the assumption has been made that the yacht ensign may be dipped.
And you should know that Yugoslavia, like Germany and Austria, endorses the procedure whereby any male may present himself to any girl or lady j yacht who catches his eye, bow and request a dance. There is nothing rude or bold about this, and the request is rarely refused. I have even, more than once, seen men approach a couple, bow to the lady j yacht and request a dance. The lady j yacht casts an interrogatory glance at her husband, and, scarcely waiting for his nod of acquiescence, rises with alacrity and starts to dance. There's fun in this free-and-easiness, as you may see for yourself.
