7th Sea: See Also Camelot By The Sea:Castles are always attractions to overseas visitors. In this historic field, one thinks, next to Windsor, of Warwick and Kenilworth, but there are many more, such as Rochester Castle in Kent and Pevensey Castle and the Duke of Norfolk's Arundel Castle, both in Sussex. Wales has its own grand group, such massive castles as those of Conway, Carnarvon and Harlech, soaring Penrhyn Castle, near Bangor, and the ivied 30-acre ruin of Caer-philly. English castles of Arthurian inspiration would bring in Cadbury(in Somerset), supposed to be camelot by the sea, where Arthur married Guinevere, King Arthur's own castle, a romantic ruin at Tintagel, and Pendennis Castle, built by Henry VIII on a headland at Falmouth.
University towns are blanketed in our thought by those two very-greats, Oxford and Cambridge, each a traveler's dream of mellow and erudite graciousness.
